The garden area is split in to three , as you come out of the back door there is the first patio terrace with pot plants outside toilet , the pool room where the filter and everything lives , next to that the cave which I'm afraid is private . There is a log house and three big sinks full of herbs tomatoes chillies etc all for you to use if you like to cook , if not they smell wonderful .

As you look to the right , you will see a balustraded stairwell which goes to the next terrace , and beyond that , to the left part of the mountain and the parking , so you can drive straight in to the property through the 3 metre high double doors park , shut the doors , and unpack at your leisure.

Then up the balustraded stairs which brings you to the swimming pool to the left , and the garden to the right with a big cherry tree.Around the pool it is fully paved and the views of the mountain whilst sunbathing wow wow !!! There are 10 sun loungers around the pool and 2 in the garden .

Then up a couple of steps to the barn which has a games room , shower room with toilet , summer kitchen with dishwasher, fridge , cutlery , plates , cups and everything you would need even a kettle , and as you turn what a view morning all the way through to the evening , and what a sun trap.....................!!!!! If it wasn't ours we would come on holiday here too !!
