You will find at the rear of the property in the barn near the pool , within the barn there is the summer kitchen , with fridge and dishwasher (well you are on holiday) , bathroom which contains pool towels , large open space which over looks the mountains , and the games room , which contains ; 

1 , an honesty bar , with spirits and wine and beer all we ask is replace what you use , so there is no shopping before you start your holiday what ever time you arrive .

2 , Billiard table , which you can play snooker on etc , with balls and cues even the chalk .

3 , big basket full of board games including old favourites like scrabble , card games etc .

4 , electronic darts , so no problem when it comes to scoring .

5 , air hockey ( our favourite) . 

6 , inflatables for the pool .

7 , music system which will take a memory stick if you want to bring along your own favourite tunes , CD , mp3 .
